    This is the other half of my bagel, minus the amazing bacon. I love a good bagel sandwich and this was perfect! Pesto, tomatoes, peppers, avocado, a few other delicious items and bacon if you want it. Service was amazing. Friendly and very inviting! I asked to be surprised with a coffee, and I was. It was delicious! We are only passing through Taos and I am happy this was the coffee spot we decided to swing through.

    LOVE this world food cart! What an absolutely delightful find! The curried tuna and mango chutney is to die for...something for everyone even the kiddos! Morrocan, Indian, Pulled pork tacos and more...oh my ~much more as the owner is a delightfully fun, engaging, talented and creative chef in her eclectic sweet and inviting food cart with inside and outside dining! This should be on the "Have to do while in Taos" list for sure. Stop in and have an off the charts delicious meal and enjoy some local fun!! I will return!!

    Amazing staff... food is AMAAAAAZING and home cooked and makes ya feel all warm and smooshy. Also not too costly. Hole in the wall. Best food in Taos x

    This place is so legit for healthy, tasty, conscientious food! Its hard to recognize from the street how upscale and well run it is but once you are talking to the staff and eating the food you will realize its excellence! We will be back!
